The District Council’s Active Communities Team work across the district to help residents with their physical health and wellbeing. School Holiday Activities – Vale of White Horse District Council (whitehorsedc.gov.uk)
Every school holiday they have an array of free and low-cost activities planned, including activities for families that are signed up to YouMove. You can find out more about YouMove on our YouMove webpage.

Quiz Night – Results!
26th July 2023
Over 50 people took part in the Quiz Night at the Village Hall.
The competition was closely contested, with the winning team scoring an admirable 49 1/2 points, out of a possible 60.
We raised about £300.00 to help the Evergreens.
Create a Contemporary History Of Appleton With Eaton when Charles III Came to the Throne in 2023

So that future generations living in our village know how we lived, worked, and played in this Coronation Year we are hoping to capture thoughts and first-hand experience from all age groups on the back of these cards.

A Wonderful Celebration with Appleton, Eaton and Besselsleigh!

What a wonderful weekend of celebration it was with Appleton, Eaton and Besselsleigh! Thank you to all who helped organise and pull off the events. And thank you to all who came and supported them!
You all made the weekend another parish event demonstrating the strength of community we have in Appleton, Eaton and Besselsleigh.
