Over 50 people took part in the Quiz Night at the Village Hall.

The competition was closely contested, with the winning team scoring an admirable 49 1/2 points, out of a possible 60.

We raised about £300.00 to help the Evergreens.

So that future generations living in our village know how we lived, worked, and played in this Coronation Year we are hoping to capture thoughts and first-hand experience from all age groups on the back of these cards.

What a wonderful weekend of celebration it was with Appleton, Eaton and Besselsleigh! Thank you to all who helped organise and pull off the events. And thank you to all who came and supported them!

You all made the weekend another parish event demonstrating the strength of community we have in Appleton, Eaton and Besselsleigh.
